Job description:

  • Conduct requirement gathering and analysis.
  • Liaison between the client and technical teams. Ensure customer involvement throughout the project for verification of understanding of requirements and change requests.
  • Provide pre-sales support to marketing in terms of responding to RFI / RFPs, provide domain-related inputs.
  • Analyze important trends, competitive moves and best practices related to the the company’s core competencies.

Candidate Profile:

  • MBA IT or sales and marketing
  • 2 - 5 years experience in business analysis in multi project environment.
  • Proven ability to study and analyze business cases, elicit customer requirements, ability to categorize and prioritize requirements and understand the overall picture,
  • Demonstrable ability to understand and manage expectations of client.
  • Successful track record of problem-solving, solution-providing and change-management.
  • Excellent communication skills. Oral and written including presentation skill & Interviewing skills
  • Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies
